Bansky before Bansky

Many critics agree that the French May posters have paved the way for street art.

A proof of this comes from the Banksy exhibition in Milan, hosted in the spaces of the Mudec, in which one of the most famous protagonists of the contemporary street art scene is presented to the general public.

Within the path there is also a space (in the photo) where an interesting parallel is proposed between the posters and slogans produced by the teachers and young artists of the Fine Arts in Paris (gathered in the Atelier Populaire) to support the student movement in May 68 and future works of Bansky.
